All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 60's while Ocean Pond nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Lake Park, and if you came for an overnight stay Holiday Campground is a glorious site to camp. Why not camp at Eagles Roost Campground if you're here at Ocean Pond; there are                  some perfect whitewater spots on Alapahoochee River Grand Bay Canal). Ocean Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while October is ordinarily the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
