Go to North Steward Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail is a good location close to North Steward Lake. You can take a little visit to North Steward Lake Dam if you're here at North Steward Lake; get your pulse rate up on the perfect whitewater of Hurricane Creek. North Steward Lake commonly gets lots of rainfall; most of the rain falls through March; the driest month is October.

This is a fine vicinity for folks who like lakes. Peniston Lake is a lake close at hand, and golf can be played at Summergrove Golf
Club. If only every site had this much outdoors fun things, what a great planet it would be. After a long day outdoors Peachtree City-Days Inn is a delightful place to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Line Creek.
