Summertime highs at Newsomes Pond commonly tend to be in the 90's. Summer night lows fall down to the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Newsomes Pond. Newsomes Pond generally gets much rain; March is the wettest month       with most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Boss' RV Park and Campground is a nice local campground, as expected you could also check out Huber Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. An afternoon playing golf at Brushy Creek Country Club is always a bliss; Gin Branch is in the vicinity of Newsomes Pond and is always a joy to stop at. Just can't get enough of Newsomes Pond.
