Going for a hike along the Conasauga River Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and a great site to explore close by is Chicken Coop Gap. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Gryder Camp Trail, and there are plenty of folks from Cleveland here at Murrays Lake. Murrays Lake frequently gets a good deal of rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly March,       that's the one that rains the most, and October is when it's the driest. For the duration of the months of summer here at Murrays Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Murrays Lake. So many amusing things to do at Murrays Lake, so little time. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Fairwinds Inn & Suites.                  There's so much to do here at Murrays Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Conasauga Campground is a fine site for that. After a long day outdoors Key West Inn Chatsworth is a splendid place to spend a night or two, and do take a hike on the Cloer Trail. Conasauga Lake is a nice lake near Murrays Lake, and a delightful place for whitewater paddling is Conasauga River. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful.
