If you like lakes and you're in this part of Georgia you can check out Murrays Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Murrays Lake a wet place; March is the wettest month with most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. Murrays Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Kennesaw Koa Kampground is a good local campground, and time spent at Upper Tanyard Creek Swimming Beach is always good. at Murrays Lake Dam in the neighborhood of Murrays Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Cobblestone Golf Course. Dry warm beds await you at Springhill Suites By Marriott Kennesaw, and if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sope Creek.
