A visit to Overmountain
Victory National Historic Trail is recommended. There's so much to do here at Mundys Millpond that you need to camp here for a while, Pirkle Campground is a nice place for that. Mundys Millpond is a wet location that gets much precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is October.
