What a nice lake Moss Lake is. Days Inn Calhoun is a fine place to get some rest; you're sure to run into some friendly folks from Calhoun here. Nearby lakes? Sure, Amakanata Lake is close to Moss Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Talking Rock Creek. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Moss Lake. Not far from Moss Lake you obtain some fine water scenery at Moss Lake Dam, and as expected,

For the period of the summertime months at Moss Lake highs are generally in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Moss Lake plunge into the 20's. Moss Lake is a wet location that gets a good deal of rainfall; through the month of March you get the most rain
around here, and the driest month of the year is August. If you came for an overnight stay Family Leisure Resort is a great spot to camp, and Amcanada Spring is always fun to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Calhoun
