Moss Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while October is mostly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Sugar Mill Plantation RV Park, and unsurprisingly Brushy Branch is a charming stream that is worth taking a look at. Econo Lodge Moultrie is a splendid spot to get some rest, and at Moss Lake Dam close to Moss Lake       there are some attention-grabbing things to see. A nice place to camp here at Moss Lake is Creekside Rv Park, and a round of golf at nearby Barrens Golf Course is a delightful way to kill some time. You'll meet a lot of people from Moultrie here, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MOULTRIE. Summertime at Moss Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. Through the wintertime                  this place gets highs in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Moss Lake.
