Lakes are magnificent; Hatcher Lake is a lake that's near Mosely Lake. Throughout the warm days of summer at Mosely Lake highs are regularly in the 90's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Mosely Lake. Mosely Lake is a wet location that gets a good deal of precipitation; the       month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side tour to Cumby Spring Branch, and a pleasant nearby hotel is Comfort Suites Forsyth. There's so much to do here at Mosely Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Heart of Georgia RV Park is a tremendous spot for that; Mosely Lake is a location with many visitors from Fort Valley. Mosely Lake Dam is worth taking                  a look at since you're here, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Walker Lake.
