Summertime highs at Morris Pond regularly tend to be in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 70's. During the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 50's, and night lows in the 30's for Morris Pond. Take a little tour to Reedy Creek if you're here at Morris Pond; Super 8 Motel - Adel is a wonderful place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. This is a great neighborhood       for folks who like lakes. Slash Pond is a lake close by, and a nice nearby hotel is Scottish Inns Adel. There's so much to do here at Morris Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Shady Oaks Campground is a pleasant location for that, and you'll meet a lot of people from Valdosta here. Morris Pond is a wet place that gets much rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly January, that's the one that rains the most; October is the month with the least moisture.
