All through the warm days of summer at Mores Pond temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 50's; overnight lows in the 30's for Mores Pond. A good nearby hotel is Americas Best Value Inn, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Kinnard       Horse Trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area in close proximity to Mores Pond has to offer. If you get bored of Mores Pond, you could also explore nearby Stokes Lake; get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Hard Labor Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Hays Pond is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and there's always Mores Pond Dam to go to close to Mores Pond. Mores Pond is a reasonably wet place regularly                  with a great deal of rain; through the month of March you get the most rain around here, and September is the month with the least moisture.
