This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Bluff Trail, and get dripping wet paddling on Gulf Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Crawfish Creek, and you're sure to come across some great folks from Summerville here. Having a nice time at Moore Lake is uncomplicated. You'll need more than a day to discover everything       Moore Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cloudland Canyon State Park; why not go to McGee Lake Dam if you're here. Moore Lake is a rather wet place usually with a good deal of rainfall; March is when you get the most rain here; October is the month with the least moisture. Near Moore Lake you stumble on Bee Gap which is a brilliant spot to go to, and a lake close by is Johnson Lake. There's so much to do here at Moore Lake that you need to camp here for                  a while, The Chimney's Campground is a magnificent place for that, and if you need a place to stay Days Inn Trenton is a good choice. McGee Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore; Russell Cave National Monument is a nice spot nearby. A round of golf at nearby Air Castle Golf Club is a splendid way to kill some time, and don't leave Moore Lake without first going for a hike along the Skyuka Trail. Summertime highs at Moore Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 80's while night lows are generally in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Moore Lake.
