Throughout the summer months here at Minnies Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 90's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 60's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Minnies Lake. This       lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Waycross-Days Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two. Minnies Lake gets a lot of water; the month with most of the rain is August while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Hiking along the Indian Trail is great fun, and Minnies Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Stephen C.
