Meeks Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Meeks Lake is a rather wet place frequently with a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and September on the other hand is the driest. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Meeks Lake. Why not have a look at Meeks Lake Dam if you're here, and why not camp at Pine Lake RV Campground since you're here

If you're going to Meeks Lake from Athens-Clarke County, you won't be the only one, and you can go for a hike on the Mounds Trail. The
warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Meeks Lake. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Meeks Lake. Lake Oconee is a
nearby lake that you could pop by, and don't leave Meeks Lake without first going for a hike along the Falling Camp Trail.
