Float down the rapids of Sope Creek in a kayak; if you came to camp Atlanta North KOA is a brilliant site to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rottenwood Creek, and Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is one of the destinations that are magnificent to take a look       at close by. Mctract Lake gets a good deal of water; during the month of March you get the most rain around here while October is frequently the driest month. After a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Atlanta-Town Center/Kennesaw is a splendid site to spend a night or two, and enjoy a round of golf at Cobblestone Golf Course. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Days Inn Kennesaw/Atlanta is a magnificent place to get some rest. There's                  so much to do here at Mctract Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Kennesaw Koa Kampground is a wonderful location for that. Nelson Lake is a glorious lake in the vicinity of Mctract Lake, and the panorama of Kennesaw Mountain is beautiful. For the duration of the warm days of summer here at Mctract Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. Highs all through the winter are usually in the 50's; nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Mctract Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
