This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at McEver Lake, you could also pop by pretty Gainesville Stone Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's always Gainesville Stone Lake Dam to stop by in the vicinity of McEver Lake, and Reservoir One       is a nearby lake that you could go to. The summit of Price Mountain can be observed from McEver Lake, and River Forks Park and Campground is a fine campground nearby. And that's not all you can do here at McEver Lake. A round of golf at nearby Golf Club at Chateau Elan is a delightful way to kill some time, and Fort Yargo State Park is a good local campground. Through the warm days of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at McEver Lake. For the period                  of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to McEver Lake. McEver Lake regularly gets a large amount of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is October.
