Best Western Mountain View Inn is a perfect place to get some rest, and paddling on Talking Rock Creek is so much fun. Going for a hike on the Emery Creek Trail is always a great adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Why not go to McCuller Lake Dam while you're here; whitewater paddling is pleasant on Coosawattee River. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motels - Jasper; if you came for an overnight stay Plum Nelly       Campground is a magnificent location to camp. Camping is available at Talona Creek Campground; if you're here, you could stop by Pickett Branch. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area near McCuller Lake has to offer. On a magnificent day at McCuller Lake you can take a hike along the Bear Creek Trail, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Mountaintown Creek Trail.
