And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do in close proximity to McCravy Lake. Stay the night at Sweetwater Creek State Park, and there's always McCravy Lake Dam to check out right next door to McCravy Lake. Summertime at McCravy Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's; the overnight is slightly       cooler of course, ordinarily in the 60's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 50's while the cold winter nights at McCravy Lake are in the 30's. The friendly people of Cedartown like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful. A good nearby hotel is Days Inn Dallas. There's so much to do here at McCravy Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Atlanta North KOA is a brilliant location for that. McCravy Lake usually gets a large amount                  of rain; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month.
