Iris Inn is a brilliant location to get some rest; a golf course close by is Morgan's Dairy Golf Club. Throughout the days       of summer highs here at McCord Lake reach the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's, and overnight lows all through the winter for McCord Lake tend to be in the 30's. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at McCord Lake. Stay the night at Heart of Georgia RV Park, and glide down the rapids of Towaliga River in a kayak. Do stop at McCord Lake                  Dam while you're here at McCord Lake; if you get bored of McCord Lake you could also stop by close by Akin Lake. If you need a spot to stay Lamar Inn and Suites is a brilliant choice, and McCord Lake is not the only spot close by, Potato Creek Structure Number 103 Lak is a close by lake.
