Going for a hike along the Songbird Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and you can stay the night at Calhoun Koa Kampground.       During the summertime at Mashburn Lake West highs are usually in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. Highs all through the winter are generally in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Mashburn Lake West throughout the winter frequently dip into the 20's.
