Many people like to go to Martins Landing Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Marietta Campground is always a great experience, and get your heart beating on the pleasant whitewater of Marsh Creek. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Brookshire Creek Trail, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Willow Springs Golf & Country Club is close at hand. Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is a magnificent place near Martins Landing

This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Courtyard By Marriott Atlanta Roswell is a fine place to spend a night or two; if you need a place to stay Doubletree Hotel Atlanta/Roswell is a perfect choice. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. At Martins Landing Lake you always meet someone from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, and a good place is Island Bar Shoals.
