Marshall Pond is always a pleasure to visit. This is a splendid neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Stewarts Ponds is a lake in the neighborhood, and Savannah River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby. Holiday Inn AUGUSTA WEST I-20 is a great place to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Marshall Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Heritage Mobile Home Community is a splendid place for that; there's some exciting stuff to catch a glimpse of at Mullens Lake Dam near Marshall Pond. and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are generally in the 50's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Marshall Pond temperatures fall to the 30's.

I'm havin' a splendid time here at Marshall Pond. You're in all probability hooked on lakes, McManus Ponds is one of those close by; a round of golf at nearby Forest Hills Golf Club is a delightful way to kill some time. Marshall
Pond is a rather wet place frequently with a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls during March, and November is the month with the least moisture. After a long day outdoors Red Roof Inn & Suites Augusta is a delightful site to spend a night or two, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Horn Creek Hiking Trail.
