And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do next to Marlow Lake. Hudson River has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by, and Marlow Lake Dam is delightful. Turkey Creek is a stream that you may come across while here; if you need a place to stay Jameson Inn Commerce       is a tremendous choice. The high level of rainfall makes Marlow Lake a rather wet place; March is the month that gets the most rain; August is when it's the driest. Through the summer months at Marlow Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Marlow Lake. In case you don’t have a problem getting                  wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on North Oconee River, and a tremendous nearby hotel is Hampton Inn Commerce. There's so much to do here at Marlow Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Commerce Koa Kampground is a nice location for that, and Sandy Creek Golf Course Eagle is a golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful.
