You'll need more than a day to explore everything Louise Lake has to offer, you can camp at Pirkle Campground, and do pay a visit to Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail while you're here at Louise Lake. Throughout the summertime       at Louise Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 50's with temperatures at Louise Lake dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are delightful; Mathis Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Louise Lake; after a long day outdoors Griffin Inn and Suites is a great location to spend a night or two. At Louise                  Lake you always meet someone from Thomaston, and Iris Inn is a brilliant place to get some rest. All the water falling down from the sky makes Louise Lake a wet place; through March this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is September. This place rocks, just explore all the cool things to do near Louise Lake. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Towaliga River, and why not explore Louise Lake Dam while you're here.
