Summertime highs at Lot Pond frequently tend to be in the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 60's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Lot Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Turket Creek, and if you're       looking for some flowing water? Try Greenwater Branch. The high level of precipitation makes Lot Pond a rather wet location; during July this area sees the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. This is no location for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Swamps like Zeigler Lake are fun to have a look at; if you came for an overnight stay Paradise Island Fishing is a tremendous site to camp. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Lake Park                  Valdosta Area is a good spot to spend a night or two; camping is available at Eagles Roost Campground. This lake is so wonderful. You're perhaps keen on lakes, Indian Lake is one of those close by, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Alapahoochee River Grand Bay Canal).
