Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Rome. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Looney Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lad Marina and Campground. Looney Lake is close to Hall Valley which is certainly worth visiting, and a delightful location for whitewater paddling is Johnnies Creek. Game Farm Pond Dam has great water scenery and it's in the vicinity of Looney       Lake, and if you get bored of Looney Lake you could also stop at nearby Game Farm Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Bear Creek is a great whitewater spot in the vicinity of Looney Lake. There's so much to do here at Looney Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Riverside Motel and RV Park is a delightful spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. Looney Lake is not far at all from Rome, and Morton Bend is something you shouldn't miss while you're here.                  You simply must like Looney Lake. Heath Mountain is charming and can be made out from Looney Lake, and a lake close by is Bakers Pond. If you need a site to stay Howard Johnson Express Inn is a perfect choice, and obviously Vanns Branch is a beautiful stream that is worth a visit. Looney Lake is a wet site that gets a lot of rainfall; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. Summer at Looney Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's.
