The warmest time of the year at Long Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 70's. All through the winter highs are regularly in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Long Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Bradbury       Inn & Suites, and swamps like Chase Prairie are fun to check out. Near Long Lake you find the Okefenokee Wilderness Canoe Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and a tremendous place to camp here at Long Lake is Traders Hill Recreation Area.
