Not far from Lokeys Lake, you'll stumble on Harrison Lake which is a pretty lake, and get soaked paddling on Alcovy River. Jameson Inn Winder is a wonderful location to get some rest, and you can take a little tour to Lokeys Lake Dam while you're here at Lokeys Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Providence Club Golf Course, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Apalachee River. Through       the summertime months highs here at Lokeys Lake reach the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while Lokeys Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. Lokeys Lake commonly gets much rain; most of the rain falls during March; August meanwhile is the driest month. If you need a place to stay Travelers Motel is a nice choice, and you can stay the night at Lawrenceville Campground.
