You'll need more than a day to explore everything Log Lake has to offer, you can camp at Okefenokee Pastimes, and the Okefenokee Wilderness Canoe Trail offers hiking at its best. Log Lake is a quite wet place typically with a great deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most while October is mostly the driest month. Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites is a       great spot to get some rest, and you can stay the night at Traders Hill Recreation Area. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Log Lake; the overnight is rather chillier of course, generally in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 60's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Log Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
