That right there is heaps already, but it goes on; Lewis Lakes has it all. Why not camp at John Tanner State Park since you're here at Lewis Lakes. Glide down the rapids of Snake River in a kayak; Lewis Lakes is not the only spot close by, Janes Lake is a close by lake. A perfect place to camp here at Lewis Lakes is Papillon Resort and RV Campground,       and if you get bored of Lewis Lakes you could also stop at close by Glover Lake. Lewis Lakes is a wet site that gets a lot of precipitation; all through March this area sees the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures at Lewis Lakes all through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with                  highs in the 50's while Lewis Lakes night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
