What a nice lake Lents Lake is. Lents Lake Dam is worth checking out since you're here, and during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Dalton for sure. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area next to Lents Lake has to offer. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Spring Lakes Golf Club, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Cloer Trail. This lake is so wonderful.

| | long day outdoors Key West Inn Chatsworth is a great place to spend a night or two, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Songbird Trail. At Lents Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 40's with temperatures at Lents Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. You'll need more than a day | |

to discover everything Lents Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Conasauga Campground, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Mill Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lents Lake you can take a hike along
the Grassy Mountain Tower Trail. There's so much to do here at Lents Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sylco Campground is a good place for that. The high level of rain makes Lents Lake a pretty wet site; most of the rain
falls during March, and August is when it's the driest. Get soaked paddling on Holly Creek; if you need a spot to stay Best Western Fairwinds Inn & Suites is a great choice.
