Laurel Creek Lake is a wet site that gets a great deal of precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month       is October. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Stay the night at Blue Ridge Mineral Spg Rv Park, and soar down the rapids of Cartecay River in a kayak. Summer at Laurel Creek Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 40's; overnight lows in the 20's for Laurel Creek Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
