Papillon Resort and RV Campground is a good local campground, and while you're here, you could also stop by charming Lake Val-Do-Mar. This lake is so wonderful. At Lake Val-Do Mar you always meet someone from Cedartown, and Lake Val-Do-Mar is a nearby lake that you could stop by. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Dog River,       and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Villa Rica is a pleasant place to spend a night or two. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Lake Val-Do Mar. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mobley Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Villa Rica Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Pine Mountain is pretty and can be distinguished from Lake Val-Do Mar, and Creekside Golf & Country                  Club is a fine golf course close by. The warmest time of the year at Lake Val-Do Mar arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Lake Val-Do Mar.
