Hiking along the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail is delightful fun. There's so much to do here at Lake Tobesofkee that you need to camp here for a while, Tobesofkee Recreation Area is a brilliant place for that. There's some flowing water nearby, Blue Branch is a stream you can visit while here; if you came to camp Tabernacle Campground is a pleasant place to do that. This lake is       so wonderful. The cheerful folks of Macon like to hang out nearby, and a great nearby hotel is Scottish Inns Macon. Summertime at Lake Tobesofkee comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are usually in the 50's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Tobesofkee temperatures fall to the 30's. Be careful coming to Lake Tobesofkee, you might not ever want                  to return back home again. A round of golf at nearby Oak Haven Golf Club is a perfect way to kill some time; if you need a place to stay Howard Johnson Inn Macon is a perfect choice. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can pop by Fenley Ryther Dam. Much rainfall falls at Lake Tobesofkee; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and October is when it's the driest.
