Good hiking is available along the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail; a lake nearby is Tobesofkee Creek Structure Number One L. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Scottish Inns Macon, and Ocmulgee National Monument is a tremendous national park. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Tobesofkee a wet place; most of the rain falls during March while October is ordinarily       the driest month. Throughout the summer months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Lake Tobesofkee. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Lake Tobesofkee tend to be in the 30's. Fenley Ryther Dam is a beautiful place in the vicinity of Lake Tobesofkee, and Lake Tobesofkee is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Interstate RV Center and                  Campground is a fine local campground. Howard Johnson Inn Macon is a great site to get some rest, and if you're a golfer then a fine nearby course is Oak Haven Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake Tobesofkee that you need to camp here for a while, Tobesofkee Recreation Area is a great site for that, obviously you could also take a look at Lake Wildwood since you're here; it's not far at all. So many exciting things to do here at Lake Tobesofkee, too tremendous to be true.
