It's always fun to stop by Lake Tara. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Lake Tara. Lake Tara is a site with many visitors from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta It's always glorious to have a look at Hynds Spring. If you came to camp Camp Truitt-fulton is a nice place to do that, and if you're a golfer then a splendid nearby course is Lake Spivey Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Line Creek. Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail is a tremendous national park, and camping at Atlanta South Campground is always a tremendous experience. the 60's. Throughout the winter the highs are commonly in the 40's, and overnight lows through the winter for Lake Tara tend to be in the 20's.
If you need a place to stay Savannah Suites Jonesboro is a good choice, and don't
forget to take a great little journey to Brown Rock Bottom Creek. This is a perfect region for folks who like lakes. Richmond Pond is a lake close at hand, and Chattahoochee River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Lake Tara sees
pretty high levels of rain; March is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is September.
