Lake Sweetwater is near Flyblow Creek Dam which is a lovely site definitely worth checking out, and it's a nice idea to stop by Caine Creek. Lake Sweetwater sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Summertime highs at Lake Sweetwater usually tend to be in the 80's, and the overnight is a little cooler of course,       ordinarily in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Lake Sweetwater. If you need a place to stay Sleep Inn Douglasville is a great choice. There's so much to do here at Lake Sweetwater that you need to camp here for a while, Papillon Resort and RV Campground is a fine place for that. Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail is a great national park. All the outdoors cool things near Lake Sweetwater                  will keep you coming back persistently. Do take a look at Sims Lake near Lake Sweetwater, it's a scenic lake, and get drenched paddling on Dog River. If you came to camp South Oaks Manufactured Home is a wonderful place to do that, and Holiday Inn Express Atl West (I-20) d'Ville Area is a great site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
