The beauty of Lake Oconee is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Oconee has to offer, you can camp at Pine Lake RV Campground; if you're going to from Athens-Clarke County, you won't be the only one. Why not stop at nearby Turkey Creek if you're here at Lake Oconee, obviously you could also stop by Gasaway Lake Number One if you're here; it's not far at all. Having a good time at Lake Oconee
