Lake Ginger is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. In the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chattahoochee River. Anthony's Mobile Park is a good local campground, and after a long day outdoors WYNDHAM GARDEN COLUMBUS is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. A golf course in close proximity to Lake Ginger is Godwin Creek Golf Course; dry warm beds await you at SpringHill Suites Columbus.

You could also have a look at Flat Rock Lake while you're here at Lake Ginger; it's close by, and Lake Ginger is a perfect spot to visit for more than one day, Lake Pines Camp Ground is a perfect spot to camp nearby. at Lake Ginger get into the 90's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 50's with temperatures at Lake Ginger dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights.
You're sure to bump
into some friendly folks from Columbus here, also Lindsey Creek Dam is worth a visit if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is good on Mulberry Creek, and Lake Ginger is not the only spot close by, Anglin Lake is a close by lake.
