Do stop by Lake Ginger while you're in this part of Georgia. Drift down the rapids of Chattahoochee River in a kayak, and Lindsey Creek Dam is a pretty site, unquestionably worth visiting. The high level of rain makes Lake Ginger a pretty wet site; through July this area sees the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake Ginger that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Pines Camp Ground is a tremendous place for that. All through the days of summer at Lake Ginger highs are mostly in the 90's. When the night
sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Lake Ginger.
