This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at La Siesta RV Park, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Mountain Villa Inn & Suites. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Lacy Lake there are plenty of folks from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, and you'll come across a scenic lake called Cagle Lake. Much       precipitation falls at Lacy Lake; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. Summertime highs at Lacy Lake generally tend to be in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's; night lows at Lacy Lake all through the winter generally plunge into the 30's. Do pop by Carmichael Lake in the vicinity of Lacy Lake, it's a pretty lake; Marsh Creek                  has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. And that's not all you can do here at Lacy Lake. Lacy Lake Dam has perfect water scenery and it's near Lacy Lake; a trip to Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is worthwhile.
