A good spot to camp here at LaFayette City Reservoir is Ringgold Koa Kampground, and nearby you discover the Skyuka Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. A short spree to Big Spring is always worthwhile, and there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Bluff Trail. Structure Number One Dam, and in the vicinity of LaFayette City Reservoir you discover a golf course called Lafayette Golf Course. Allen Creek has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby, and there are plenty of people from Summerville here.
