LaFayette City Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rock Creek. A perfect close by hotel is Key West Inn La Fayette, and do stop at Arnold Branch since you're here at LaFayette City Reservoir. to camp Ringgold Koa Kampground is a delightful location to do that. If you're here at LaFayette City Reservoir and you like golf, you can have a look at Lafayette Golf Course, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along
the Bluff Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave LaFayette City Reservoir without first paying a visit to Big Spring; a tremendous site for whitewater paddling is Allen Creek. The high level of precipitation makes LaFayette
City Reservoir a rather wet place; most of the rain falls during March, and the driest month of the year is August. Very pleasant water scenery is available at Towncreek Watershed Structure Number One Dam right next door to LaFayette City Reservoir, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Skyuka Trail.
