This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. A good spot to camp here at LaFayette City Reservoir is Ringgold Koa Kampground, and nearby you discover the Skyuka Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. A short spree to Big Spring is always worthwhile, and there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Bluff Trail.

40's with temperatures at LaFayette City Reservoir dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from LaFayette City Reservoir you obtain some brilliant water scenery at Towncreek Watershed
Structure Number One Dam, and in the vicinity of LaFayette City Reservoir you discover a golf course called Lafayette Golf Course.
Allen Creek has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby, and there are plenty of people from Summerville here.
