The warmest time of the year at Krystal Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Krystal Lake plunge into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Chattanooga come to Krystal Lake, and if you came to camp Look Out Mountain       Koa Kampground is a great site to do that. Krystal Lake is a wet place that gets a large amount of rainfall; during March this area sees the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. What a location this is for outdoors people. A tremendous place for whitewater paddling near Krystal Lake is Bear Creek. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the vicinity of Krystal Lake. You'll locate a pretty lake called Crawfish                  Spring Lake near Krystal Lake, and golf can be played at Battlefield Golf Club. Blue Hole is a fine local attraction, and Krystal Lake Dam is a site that is close to Krystal Lake.
