Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Knight Lake West. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Knight Lake West are in the 30's. Camping is available at Holly Isles Campground, and a good close by hotel is Worth Inn. At Knight Lake West you always meet someone from Cordele; Sylvester Days Inn is a nice place to get some       rest. Knight Lake West gets lots of water; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is October. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Reynolds Landing is a fine place to camp, and Knight Lake West Dam is a stunning site.
