This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Gold 'n Gem Grubbin' Campground, and if you need a place to stay Days Inn Cleveland is a good choice. Throughout the summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Knight Lake. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime       are in the 40's with temperatures at Knight Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. You're sure to come across some fine folks from Gainesville here. Visit Cathey Creek while you're here at Knight Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Knight Lake; Whitly Gap Trail is a magnificent local trail. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great earth it would be. Lakes are such calm sites, why not go to Hills                  Lake near Knight Lake, and Knight Lake Dam has delightful water scenery. Good hiking is available along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail; Chestatee River has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot nearby. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll come across a charming lake called Twin Lakes East near Knight Lake, and Quality Inn Helen is a good place to get some rest. Knight Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club not far from Knight Lake, and a wonderful place to camp here at Knight Lake is Jenny's Creek Campground. This place, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing things.
