This lake is so wonderful. All the water falling down from the sky makes Kitten Lake a wet site; the month with most of the rain is July while October is usually the driest month. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Mulberry Creek, and Anthony's Mobile Park is a fine       campground nearby. Summertime highs at Kitten Lake commonly tend to be in the 90's; the night is rather colder of course, usually in the 60's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 50's, and night lows at Kitten Lake through the winter usually descend into the 30's. Now, you may assume that's a lot but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Kitten Lake. This is a popular spot for folks from Columbus, and if you came for an overnight stay Lake Pines                  Camp Ground is a nice place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. You could also have a look at Woodruff North Lake if you're here at Kitten Lake; it's nearby, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Flatrock Branch. If you come at the right time of year, Chattahoochee River offers some perfect whitewater, and WYNDHAM GARDEN COLUMBUS is a pleasant place to get some rest.
