Reynolds Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and after a long day outdoors Quality Inn Douglas is a great place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Kight Lake, you could also go to close by Sam Jones Lake, and hey, Reedy Branch is a good local stream. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Kight Lake. Through       the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Kight Lake. Kight Lake is a wet place that gets lots of rain; during the month of July you get the most rain around here; the driest month is October. So much fun stuff near Kight Lake, simply phenomenal.
