A visit to Jones Lake is always a good idea. Just can't get enough of Jones Lake. Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is a great place close to Jones Lake, and you can stay the night at Lawrenceville Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Suites Lawrenceville is a great spot to get some rest; Collins Hill Golf Club is a golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful.

| | March is the wettest month with most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. After a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Atlanta - Lawrenceville, Ga is a great place to spend a night or two, and the scenery at Jones Dam Y14 is gorgeous. Lots of folks from Gainesville come to Jones Lake, and let's not forget Wolf Creek which is a stream that you may encounter while here.

at; if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Brookshire Creek Trail. All through the days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Jones Lake with overnight lows in the 60's. Highs during the winter are usually
in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Jones Lake are in the 20's. There's so much to do here at Jones Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Jones RV Park is a good site for that, and float down the rapids of Yellow River in a kayak.
