Do visit Segars Lake near Johnson Lake, it's a scenic lake; some of the water nearby flows, like Griffith Branch. All the water falling down from the sky makes Johnson Lake a wet place; through the month of March you get the most rain around here while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.       All the outdoors exciting stuff in the neighborhood of Johnson Lake will keep you coming back repeatedly. This lake is so wonderful. Johnson Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn Sandersville is a great place to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Johnson Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's, and overnight lows in                  the 30's for Johnson Lake.
