Lake Jarekit is a nearby lake that you could explore, and hiking along the Mounds Trail is nice fun. Float down the rapids of North Oconee River in a kayak; if you get bored of Jarrett Lake you could also visit nearby Bishops Lake. Be careful coming to Jarrett Lake, you might not ever wanna go home       again. If the weather is brilliant here at Jarrett Lake, you can go for a hike along the Scull Shoals Trail; why not camp at Pine Lake RV Campground while you're here at Jarrett Lake. Summertime highs at Jarrett Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. Summer night lows sink down to the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Jarrett Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Comfort Suites Downtown is a pleasant choice, and camping is available at Commerce Koa Kampground. Jarrett Lake is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rain; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; September meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
