A visit to Hogan Lake is always a good idea. Cedar Creek is a scenic stream that is worth a visit, and Hogan Lake is a tremendous place to visit for more than one day, Lawrenceville Campground is a tremendous place to camp nearby. A great deal of rain falls at Hogan Lake; the wettest month of the year is typically March, that's the one that rains the most, and June meanwhile is the driest month. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining stuff,

| | what a great planet it would be. Stay the night at Lake Lanier Island Campground, and a glorious nearby hotel is Metro Ext Stay Lawrenceville. This lake is so wonderful. If time allows, Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is a national park worth checking out. near Hogan Lake, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Inn is a good place to spend a night or two. If you're visiting Hogan Lake from Gainesville, you won't be the only one, and a golf course nearby is Collins Hill Golf
Club. Summertime highs at Hogan Lake typically tend to be in the 80's, and the nighttime is slightly cooler of course, generally in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows during the wintertime for Hogan
Lake tend to be in the 20's. You don’t have to go far from Hogan Lake to catch a sight of the water at Hogan Lake Dam, and do go to Crowe Lake, it's a wonderful lake.
