This spot is great, just check out all the enjoyable stuff to do next to Hodges Pond. Why not visit Hodges Pond Dam while you're here. Lakes are magnificent; Delmus Rushing Lake is a lake that's near Hodges Pond, and enjoy a round of golf at Southern Links Golf Club. At Hodges Pond through the summertime months highs are in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 70's. Throughout       the winter this place gets highs in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Hodges Pond. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites is a brilliant site to spend a night or two, and don't forget to take a wonderful little spree to Gum Branch. This lake is so wonderful. La Quinta Inn Statesboro is a perfect place to get some rest; a pleasant location to camp here at Hodges Pond is Parkwood RV Park. Hodges Pond is a pretty wet place usually with                  much rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is November.
